Can you source the parts for me?
Absolutely. We can source high-quality aftermarket accessories from trusted suppliers. Alternatively, you are welcome to provide your own parts for us to install. Please note that any parts we source must be paid for in full before the installation appointment.
What does your workmanship warranty cover?
Our 2-year workmanship warranty covers the quality and integrity of the installation itself. This includes wiring connections, mounting security, and proper integration. It is separate from the manufacturer's warranty on the part itself, which covers defects in the product.
What do you need from me on the day of installation?
We require a safe, reasonably level place to work on your motorcycle with adequate space around it, such as a driveway, garage, or private parking spot. Access to a power outlet is helpful but not always necessary as we carry our own power sources.
